The Victoria Falls Hotel is 5 star and a superb Edwardian establishment on the edge of the Batoka Gorge which overlooks the Victoria Falls railway bridge.
It is conveniently situated in Victoria Falls Town within walking distance of all the craft markets, shops and the Falls themselves. Upon arrival, you have a sense of stepping back in time.
The rooms are decorated to an old English theme and are very stylish. They have beautiful four-poster and canopied beds, antique furniture colonial prints on the walls. Included are quite a few modern amenities such as satellite TV’s, mini-bars, air-conditioning, bathrobes, tea/coffee making stations, hairdryers, telephones and even umbrellas for those rain forest and waterfall visits (where you can get very, very wet!)
The Suites and the Deluxe Rooms are found in the original section of the The Victoria Falls Hotel and have some of the most incredible views of the gorge and historical bridge. These rooms have all the conveniences of the standard rooms, but offer more luxury, space and little extras.
